with your companion's

• name
• their dates (in whatever format you like)
• your dedication (as long as you wish)
• a photo (or several - we don't mind, but please let us know which you want as the main one)

and we will do the rest.

There's no charge for this - we just thought it might be a nice way to publicly remember those that have passed if that's something you'd like to do.

Obviously, if you do fancy making a donation in their name we won't stop you, but that's not the point of this and you honestly don't have to.
